The Company is focus on spreading and spending on the Education in order to ensure each child gets an opportunity to learn and educate. The Company conducts various CSR activities through implementing Agencies, which are expertise and well known & recognized in their activities. The Company through its CSR Committee and Board Members invite a detail presentation of the project to be undertaken by such implementing agency, check the area of spending, method & manner of spending and other details as mentioned in the CSR policy of the Company before the CSR spending. The Company continues to explore, examine and ensure complete transparency and maximum implementation of CSR spending.
